Can’t get ahold of AT&T to fix it and the app is useless. Now I keep getting over days notifications and we NEVER go over, now it’s only working have the time. This was roughly two years ago and they are still sending me a bill for the months it wasn’t working. I had no service for almost three months. No it wasn’t working still nothing but static. They finally arrive got it working he said and left. At this point it had been almost two months of nothing but static on my business phone. I called back and rescheduled for another tech to come out. I called in and come the appointed day the repair guy should have been here they were a no show.

Nothing ever works on the app and to top it off, I had a landline phone for my Homebase’s business installed, it worked great the first few months then started having static in the line and no dial tone. I have not had a good experience as of yet. I’m being generous rating myAT&T app and AT&T customer service 3stars.īeen a loyal customer for years, asking myself why… for one of the biggest communications company in the nation you’d think the website and app would work better. Cannot wait until my contract is up or I might just go get a loan to pay them off then go some where else.

So I think they need to get employees that know how to treat people and not lie to them just to make their commission and someone who knows how to repair whatever is messed up. I could make a car payment with what my bill is. It is a Shame and Disgrace as much as u pay for the phones and service each month. Never been lied to about my service but have now and different story from everyone u talk to as to why this problem is going on. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this such terrible business as soon as I possibly can will go elsewhere. What’s up with this place? No text log since aug 5 then it came bad today now can’t even open up app. First about the Bogo phones, can’t up with solution but not what I wanted and then about my AT&T app. Or, just give up and l live with it.I have been on the phone with At&t since Thursday. If you don't use FF maybe search for some similar setting for the browser you do use. If you set it to disable animated GIFs it will disable them everywhere. If it hasn't gone away in later FF's it called image.animation_mode. Not sure about frame (element) suppression but I guess you said that didn't work reliably there either.įirefox does have a config setting to freeze this animation, again not eliminate the frame. So I'm guessing trying to block it with an ad blocker would not work. Toggle Animated GIFs is not an ad blocker and all it does stop that animation, not eliminate the frame, because it does what it's name says, it allows you to toggle the animation on or off. So when I suggested looking for something that can toggle or disable animated gifs that's exactly what I meant. Author hasn't gotten around to converting it, maybe never will. Unfortunately Mozilla decided to change the internals to be more like chrome (using webextensions) and that immediately invalidated thousands of addon's, Toggle Animated GIFs being one of them. They are up in the neighborhood of version 60 these days.
